It is always nice visiting Rick's and he has moved to the 'top of the charts!' He has a speed boat! Dom and I had never been on one of those -- or been pulled along in a 'tube'.

Money is a little tight in the Murtari house right now, but it's always nice visiting friends who have a lot of liability insurance! As you can see above in the far right picture, I had both of my hands up in the air -- Rick had failed to give that important safety briefing (or maybe I wasn't paying attention!). The ride was a harrowing experience and I'm sure it left me with deep psychological scars -- not to mention pulled the rest of my hair off! I'm sure next year will push me over the edge....
Rick has a really great family and we made some home made pasta while we were there. It was a lot of fun!

Of
course, in every paradise a little rain must fall. Here is a picture of
their poor dog, Addie. As you can see, no pasta for Addie -- she just eats
old wrapping paper. Rick says it gives here a lot of fiber!
For a special treat, on occasion, he will let her eat the bow!
